Airmatic questions

So I have done a bunch of searching but I am looking for some confirmation / advice.

A couple days ago I got the lovely airmatic visit workshop light. It happened on a 20 minute drive about 10 minutes in. Since then it has happened every time about 5-10 min into the drive. The suspension is sitting fine and up until last night I was scratching my head as to what it might be.

Last night when I pulled into my driveway after a 25 minute drive I noticed the airpump was still running (noise behind drivers front bumper) It didn't stop running for a good 5-7 minutes and near the end it sounded like it was near death lol.

From what I have read it sounds like I should replace my pump, the relay as well as the 40amph fuse under the passenger carpet.

I'm looking for anyone to confirm this for me, thanks in advance.

Go to a place with a STAR or Autologic and run a test. Probably cheaper to find a friend than go do a $140 diagnostic from the dealership.

What you have is a leak, get out a spray bottle with a soapy mixture in it and spray the lines going into or coming out of anything air related. Start at the back suspension and good luck from there. Any major leak the car would be drooping on that side, waiting overnight might also yield results on where to look.

If overnight the car is measured to be the same height on all corners as when you left it then possibly your pump is toast.

overnight the car is pretty much dead on where I left it. If it sits for days at a time sometimes she will sit a tick lower. More than a week left alone in the dead of winter (Chicago) and it will sit about an inch lower.

I think its more and more pointing to a pump. I ordered one. The car has 115K on it, im sure its due.
