what size flex pipe to use with Kleemans to stock exhaust?

just as the subject says...

what size flex pipe (diameter and length) are you guys using?

also - good idea to extend the O2s to before the 2ndary cats ?

used flex pipe, and the guts that look like a chinese finger trap (mesh) part got distorted inside the flex pipe, and was blocking the majority of the flow... also saw(pics) it happened to someone else .... so I think you should use them as not to crack headers and what not.....Just don't skimp and get a decent quality.... ended up tearing out the distorted mesh guts from the flex pipegood luck, I love my headers the car is a little stinky without cats I went Kleemans< 3in flex pipe< H pipe< 3in SS straight pipes< stock mufflers.

sound clip? im trying to decide on keeping secondaries or not..

It is better to use them but if you keep your stock mid pipe on its original hangers, then you should be ok. Stock mid pipe is set up pretty well to absorb vibration and free to move better. The flex pipes can take up a lot of ground clearance if your car is lowered and you dont mount them high enough.

I blew out 3 sets of magnaflow cats, so stop using them on our boosted engines. Bricks would bust loose and just twist and crunch up in the housing. Talk about restricted air flow

so far so good, i'll switch them out if they break...
ive had a set implode in the past but that was only when i ran some race gas...
im running 91-94 octane a month now and no problems...
