Thread size to lift motor, m12 1.5?
Next step is to lift the motor and I read the lug nuts fit, but they're too big. I'm using the two holes on the s/c, is that incorrect?
I'm guessing the bolts are m12 1.5, can anyone confirm?
Thanks!
I had access to a cherry picker and ended up buying 6 different bolts to test. M12 1.5 ended up being the right size.
3 hours to do the motor mounts with a few minor issues along the way.
I'm not sure about headers; the car is fast enough for my needs and that install looks like a pita. If I ever come across a good deal I may.
My left mount was torn in two pieces and my right mount was on its way to collapsed. My transmission mount looked brand new. I'll be doing the oil cooler lines tomorrow; I look a peek inside today and the bumper doesn't need to be removed so I'm happy about that!

. My kleeman weld in headers cost a G and I didn't break any studs and some were stuck in the block and just the nuts came off
looking back I would probably just tie in to the stock system to cut down time and to have the secondaries so car wasn't so stinky
(wife said it stinks). that being said get headers it should be one of the first mods I think, lots of gain up top, improved sound, and the stock headers choke the the car BADLY. I may throw high flow cats to shut the old lady up
Good luck
Sounds great! The wife can follow in her own car
