@AMG E Power Its not the TB
I bought several including an OEM one
Read other post where other people have bought OEM ones as well its not the TB.
Read my post I said I'm selling one of my 82's so I have tried several to see that its not the TB
Denroll went to a 90 and still had the problem.

We are still working diligently to figure out what causes the hiccup. We are certain that it isn't the throttle body as several of us have had many different ones. I have had two different 82mm and my current 90mm with the exact same symptoms. Some have had the hiccup with OEM 80 & 82mm TBs, so it isn't caused by being the Audi/Porche unit. Don't get me wrong, the power is still there, it's just this little annoyance that we have yet to figure out as there is no rhyme or reason why some cars get it and others don't. It's like how some of our cars can do massive burnouts while others' cars can't.

I've got a buck/hiccup when the sc engages in 2nd, sometimes can jerk the car forward and back, usually light throttle. I think its due to the smaller sc pulley cause i dont remember it on the stock one.

Interesting, typically a hiccup is caused by a lean mixture in a particular cell in the map or a group of cells. If you can do a map trace during a run you can pinpoint exactly where it is and address the issue in the map itself.
Or if it comes at a certain rpm and load, you should still be able to go through the map and trace down the particular group of cells that is causing it.
Agree with denroll, Great deals on the throttle bodies lately!
