Is OE Tuning still in Business?
I don't know about anybody else but haven't been able to get in touch with OE? I've sent a few PM's, an Email, and a few voicemails? I'm already a customer of OE, and now I want to purchase a handheld with additional tunes.
Something is wrong with this picture, I want to pay someone for a service and I have to chase them down

Is it time to move on to another vendor?

Bro - Thanks for the offer, but I'm reluctant to get involved with the hand held because I'll still be in the same situation - Needing files for my mods!

Back in late July, I asked Jeremy to reflash my tune as I was having some O2 sensor errors come up (ended up not being the problem, by the way). While email contact was a little sporadic, he did send me a cable so he could flash me remotely. I got the cable and within a week or two got remotely flashed...while he was in UAE.
Just wanted to share my experience with OE. I have no idea Jeremy's whereabouts these days. It sounds like others are more in the know.

Yeah my point exactly. Offering up a lame excuse like ‘he’s out of the country’ is akin to saying ‘you can’t get there from here.’
Can’t folks get anywhere from anywhere?
At least when blowing off clients I can summon the heretofore common decency of personally delivering a “**** ***!” prior to departure. :)

I can only offer you guys a great guy and tuner...I know, I know...they are all good in the beginning but Enzo racing has been around for a while and he is now in a giant new building. He is very particular about his work but the problem is going to be the wait...he is swamped and who knows when his next scheduling is. Look him up or PM me for his number. If you mention me then you just might be able to get moved up the list a bit but no guarantees. This is only a recommendation...but a good one! Location is Babylon NY.

I dealt with him back in the days also till I found out he was partnering up with Gentani or whatever they are called..
Back when he was tuning for PowerChips I never had a problem with a customers car but when he partnered up I heard a lot of negative stuff so maybe one pissed off customer took him for a ride? LoL

OETuning is still in business and still going well.
Jeremy's in Australia yes, and sorry to say, after comparing tunes, I prefer the OE tune over the Eurocharged tune. Less problems with throttle hiccups and personally he does respond to me at any time. I have no problems with OE whatsoever. If anything, Jeremy's been the most reliable tuner I've ever worked with. OE is sponsoring my CLA 45 once it comes in.
But you can also talk to Serge over at BenzWorks to discuss pricing and such.

luckily i wont be doing any more mods for my car. And satisfied with the results of my tune. Being a "one" man operation is tough for business when EC has multiple locations and can troubleshoot/answer questions in quick turnaround. W/ EC in my back yard, if in the future i decide to do any more modding, then will probalby end up w a EC tune.
