I think my SBC pump kicked the bucket
it always happens after 3rd braking, nothing happens after second or first,
is it dying tho? btw went to MB dealership, was told that nothing was wrong with my pump

Thanks for your help guys!

Also, has the brake fluid been changed on a regular basis (at least every 2 years)?
The SBC pump is under warranty for 10 years.
brake fluid was changed few months ago, dont have any previous maintenance history of a vehicle
i ran my car for codes at some indy shop and got few codes for sbc unit but unfortunately none of them were qualified for a 10 year warranty (there are only few codes that will get u warranty replacement - i guess only if pump fries or smth
)
They won't replace it until you get a red message on the dash saying "visit workshop" or "sbc failure" or such related to it.
Warranty on mine ends in 2014 and hopefully it'll either go before it and I get
new one or it just stays intact
*fingers crossed*

*fingers crossed*All of the SBC equipped cars will activate the SBC pump when the engine is running, and you pump the brakes 3 times with holding the pedal down on the last pump. Completely normal.
There is a dampener you can put inline by the pump to reduce noise and vibration if it bothers you.

SHARDUL: the pulsation that u felt was just random? did you only feel it in a brake pedal or throughout the vehicle?
you right, i just had my key in position 1 when filming this video
I went back and spoke with the foreman and he drove it and told me that it is the SBC and they had to refund me the money.
Shardul I have tried excessive pulsation or what you are saying but it isn't , there is a method based on which they check. I am not sure but there is a
number of acceptable pulsation/vibration/fillings per depressing of the brake. So just saying I don't like pulsation won't make them replace it.
SBC system is a wonderful system. The more you read about it the more you'd like it. There are some features which shadows the good aspects of it for
example the sound and what not lol
The system also activates sometimes once you unlock your car, the car does a lot of pre-checks before you start your car. Sometimes when you unlock your car you'd hear cranks
and creaks , that's the system running a pre-check. We expect the car to be uber quiet being a luxury car but we have to realize our cars are indeed 10-11 years old lol
