All wheels will need to be trued. I don't believe any wheels are true if they have been run for more than 20 feet. So I'm going to tell you that these wheels will need refinishing and truing. If you want I have a shop here locally that can do them and there will be a $500 up charge to true the wheels up and refinish them. Both faces and lips. If you want a custom finish just let me know I can have him do it.

The center caps are missing. I took the pics yesterday and can't seem to find the center caps When I took the wheel wheels out to be cleaned. Your stock MB Center Caps will fit.
