Nothing is missing, they were purchased directly from Eurocharged. I just don't have the time to install, not sure what the little circles are, maybe check with Jerry.

I installed my pnenolic spacers but forgot to put in the 2 round washers,does anyone know if its a big deal or not?Should i take it back off?

Do you know where the washer/spacers go? I have the same kit and cant find a use for them.

I installed mine with out the washers. Did not make sense turn put in egr holes. Couldn't find a place to use them.
