Some CLS55 Dyno numbers

I had an opportunity to visit the A+ team at Specialty Z for some dyno time. We did a couple test pulls and then jumped into (2) 4th gear pulls for some numbers. Here's what we got... Thoughts?

Kleemann Headers
Smaller SC Pulley
Kleemann Software

Do you have your stock Numbers too? I really wonder what the 467HP engines have at the wheels. Drivetrain loss around 20% ??? 467-20% = ~375WHP?

Judging by others mods and HP/TQ Numbers, to get over 500WHP with your smaller SC pulley alone, you need a 82mm TB, as less restriction as possible in the exhaust (headers are a good start and the major thing), larger injectors (550cc) and a good (dyno-)tune.

For "way above 500WHP" you probably need more boost. I'm planning on buying the fixed SC pulley in 77mm (180 crank equivalent), once Eurocharged has finalized the tune.
In their topic in the forums, they made close to 80WHP with a 80mm Fixed SCP and a tune alone! Thats impressive.

Dont forget standard things like better airfilters and improved cooling with Larger/Additional HE, split cooling and better flowing pumps.

CLS55
I have a CLS55 with the same mods as you. All my runs were done on the same DynoJet in the same conditions. You have a little bit more tq than I do.

100% stock with a CM30 pump
411whp and 454wtq

ECU Tune
444whp and 481wtq

SC Pulley - Box Tune
451whp and 502wtq

Kleemann headers - Box Tune
478whp and 515wtq

Custom dyno tune (These were peak. We chose 487whp and 521wtq as the safest tune)
491whp and 525wtq

I was asking because they will change your A/F numbers at the tailpipe, so others posting about your lean tune need to take this into consideration. I had my car remote dyno tuned last year, and the car was super rich after...smelled like firecrackers, I believe the tuner didn't realize I still had my secondary cats, and richened up the tune by mistake.

Removing the secondaries will make your car stink...especially if you have the windows down or sunroof open in town. I'm not convinced you'll gain any noticeable power by taking them out, just my opinion.

I'm having my car dyno'd tomorrow, this time I have a wideband installed and hopefully can compare the reading vs. the tailpipe sniffer.
