Some CLS55 Dyno numbers
Judging by others mods and HP/TQ Numbers, to get over 500WHP with your smaller SC pulley alone, you need a 82mm TB, as less restriction as possible in the exhaust (headers are a good start and the major thing), larger injectors (550cc) and a good (dyno-)tune.
For "way above 500WHP" you probably need more boost. I'm planning on buying the fixed SC pulley in 77mm (180 crank equivalent), once Eurocharged has finalized the tune.
In their topic in the forums, they made close to 80WHP with a 80mm Fixed SCP and a tune alone! Thats impressive.
Dont forget standard things like better airfilters and improved cooling with Larger/Additional HE, split cooling and better flowing pumps.

Removing the secondaries will make your car stink...especially if you have the windows down or sunroof open in town. I'm not convinced you'll gain any noticeable power by taking them out, just my opinion.
I'm having my car dyno'd tomorrow, this time I have a wideband installed and hopefully can compare the reading vs. the tailpipe sniffer.

I do all my pulls in 3rd. 4th is a very long gear
