Twin, did you try going with a stock crank pulley and running higher boost with the turbo since its more efficient than the SC?
What method are you using to supply oil to the turbo?
Do you have a pic of the entire trunk completed?
Appreciate your time and thanks for sharing your experience/information.

Beautiful build, the car sounds sick!!!
Let me know the next time you visit the track, I'd like to bring my son out to watch her run.
My 6 year is infatuated with fast Benz's (guess he takes after his old man).

I was going to install a factory pulley but in my logs with the larger pulley i was only seeing 10.5 maybe 11 from the blower only on a cold day, so I wasn't too worried. Yes I could benefit from lowering blower boost from the supercharger and increasing turbo boost but for now I am extremely happy with the power band, and rhe iat's are very acceptable. The oil is fed from a block galley, back to the turbo via a 1/4 ss brakeline with a restrictor and a check valve, the return is 3/8ths back to the valve cover via a turboworkx electric scavenge pump, I also have a small tank on the turbo to aid scavenging, and a check valve in the return to stop drain back. I'll post a complete pic soon of the completed rear exhaust section and such

Pretty Cool - Props to you taking this on. Both SC and Turbo. I'd like to see in person. Which track will you take it to, ET, Island, or Atco?

They do make kits for this through a company called Hellion but not for the AMG.

SO BAD ***. To think, this has been attempted so many times with these cars. Next year, we DEF need to do a big Northeast gathering to check out these beasts

Thanks man, Atco and Englishtown are the two closest tracks, but I go to Atco more often.

I see you are working on a Killer Chiller. Good choice especially for daily driving. 5 Gal rear tank is what I wish I had done instead of the 2.5 gal under hood. Still works great but could use a little more water. If you get that dialed enough you wont need Meth or E85.

Nice build

What was your user ID on CLGP ? Noticed you had a single t67 on your GP I had the original Cartuning kit which was only good for 400 WHP. Still hauled though.

Thanks man, yeah the ice tank is great and the chiller I won't even hook up till summer, I like e85 more for its safety than anything and same with the meth+ a little added fuel, and if you purge it on start up it helps the cold start tremendously

My I'd on clubGP was 00blackGTP, I actually copied a zzp kit and fabed it myself, I made a custom 90mm plenum with a ls1 throttle body, 3"dp and exhaust, on 18lbs it def made over 450whp

Twin charging is a great concept giving the best of both worlds. I was only using the small CT Turbo with no headers and 15 PSI made 400 . I know a lot of guys with T-67s were able to get traps in the 125-130 range. I'll take this platform over L67 any day

Can't wait till you dial the blower bypass valve.

Wow, great looking setup!
In the "Turblo" video, am I the only one that hears what sounds like detonation at the 7-8, and 13 second part of the video?
Hopefully this was just not detonation and just the car shredding the pavement due to the massive amount of power being made now!

Is the system loud?

I see the turbo at the trunk, is it safe out there? Heat?

How much is the estimated cost of the the system excluding the labor ?

Looks good.. Tbh though I would have found a way to try and incorporate the stock exhaust tips. Good stuff anyways.

Thanks guys! As far as noise goes, yes this system is on the loud side, but 2 small mufflers in the final piping or a resonator somewhere would remedy that, I prefer it loud though all the turbo noises Heat is a minimal issue the turbo is large, far from extreme heat and receives constant air flow, you can touch it by hand within 10 minutes after driving

PM me for pricing
