I have said this before....while there are some great guys on the caddy forum...it's just NOT like this forum. Much more entertaining over here!
Urb is over there as well as HOTSOSS and they can give their feedback as well as to explain the difference I am sure.

I don't understand why you have so much hate toward the car, it is like you are really threatened by it or something and can't appreciate something you don't have in your driveway.
There are a lot of people on here that like Cadillac or the CTS-V, I will name a few for you: RedbullJnky, FinanceMike, 99lightning, Sir-boost-a-lot, TMC M5, Chiromikey, hollandca12, dllhg, berti_00 (excited to go for a ride in mine in a few days), Badm, Cnterline, Moosejaw, 60nomad, emoving, hotsoss. I am sure I missed one or two and I know there are one or two other members not in this thread who are also MB ------> V converts likePetro C63 as one off the top of my head.

Yeah, I would agree. The Caddy forum has a ton of experienced car enthusiast and most of those guys have owned one of the German makes at one time or another. I like posting exciting news about other makes just to gauge their interest and get unbiased opinions on how a V would make out (e.g. APR RS7/S8 gaining ridiculous amounts of power from just a tune). There are also quite a few vendors that regularly post on there, so you can easily get professional no nonsense advice on modification combinations, tuning, etc.
The MBworld forum (E55 category) is very good as well. For the exception of a few, the majority members on here are unbiased towards any make and just like fast cars. Like the Caddy forums there are quite a few E55 pioneers and vendors that regularly post about this platform. It is also more like a community because many members that post regularly like me has moved on to another platform like the C63, E63TT, SL63, M5, CTS-V, M3, RS5, etc.). So in summary the E55 forum has more of a community like feel than other forums that I have been a part of.

Probably not a trust fund baby Nomad, he would have a new 63, SLR or something and he wouldn't have some old tired Bummer, he's just the pizza guy that save up enough tips to buy someone's shoehorned V12 that has yet to run. PS, I will take my crappy American beast now until I can swing a 63tt. I am sure most of us could go out a purchase a brand new 63tt if we wanted but we have other priorities that we would rather take care of.
