MIR Track Rental Friday 2/7/14
Putting together another track rental at MIR (Budds Creek, MD 1/4 mile track) on Friday February 7th. Alot of you guys have been to previous rentals so no need for much description. Hopefully this time the weather cooperates! Cost will be $100/car and $10/spectator. I tried to get them to waive the spectator fee with no luck. I have both lanes reserved. One lane will be for drag radial/slick cars only and the other will be for any tires. Who's in?

Assuming it doesn't rain out like last time I am down, lets hope the snow/rain is behind us. I got all my mods in now just need to get some 18 inch rims and some drags. Maybe I'll have some intakes ready by then too depending on what I can get fabbed up in time

Agreed!
Have you already found the E55 you want? My friend is selling his
DOR event costs almost 3 times as much as this one. You can roll race if you want but there will be no extra speed equipment. You will just have to look over and see who won or stage and race to the 1/4 mile and look at the board lol.

Cool hope you can make it
Nice. My fingers are crossed.
No sir, as usual it is at Eurocharged waiting to be tuned. Picking it up tomorrow regardless of whether it's done or not. Sick of waiting

IDK if anyone checked the weather but Monday and Saturday is suppose to Snow this week and it's going to rain Thursday. This weather has been pissing me off now.
I really want to show up with my new mods but I need to build an intake ASAP since the new 3 inch exhaust only works when the air boxes are thrown out. I'm hoping with intakes I get some more gain 10-40 who knows I wasn't expecting to go from 563.53 rwhp to 634.81 with just a new exhaust lol. If EC/DC gets the parts by Wednesday then they will work nonstop to have the intakes done before MIR with a Q16 tune.
But lets hope it weather permits, it sucks that the last track rental the weather was bad too.

The weather is not looking good at this point.
V12ttenthusiast Congrats on the gains, why does the exhaust not work with an intake? To find how much power you're really making you will need to test it at the track.

I am guessing that with all the snow (it did snow there right?) that the parking lot will not be dry and the water will be dripping off your tires creating a problem! I hope it works out for whom ever is going but I am out as I was going to go with cntrline but we will wait for Atco in a month or so. Good luck to all!
