How to separate intercooler from the supercharger?

I did a search and found some info but maybe someone has some advice
I'm trying to separate the intercooler from the supercharger.
I have already removed the 4 bottom bolts and the two front bolts but I cannot get the supercharger unstuck from the intercooler!
I read one post that said to use a rubber hammer on the side but I still couldn't get it apart.
I was thinking maybe stick a thin putty knife between the gasket material? Thanks

take your time....
there is a gasket there and some gasket sealant to prevent coolant leaks. thats what keeping it on now with all the bolts off. so take your time and the putty knife is a good idea, gently work it inbetween the sealed piece and just slowly work them apart. just make sure you got all bolts, 4 i think, and then its like taking off the rear diff cover per se.... so just take your time. you are almost there!!!!

Wow this thing is stuck together
I'm hitting pretty hard right in the side with a rubber hammer but nothing is moving
How hard shouldn't I hit? I'm swinging with pretty good force but I'm not trying to "hit a home run"

You can also stick a pry bar in between the intercooler case and the supercharger case. Put some separation pressure to it while also hammering, it'll come off eventually.
You're using a rubber hammer against metal, you can basically hit it as hard as you want
