I'll be doing the same with mine, once I get a few months of track runs in on stage 1.

2004 E55 AMG
Swapped my fuel feed to the old evap purge line, it's a solid 3/8 of not bigger around -6 it's aluminum and runs right next to the factory fuel line, works great at my power level on e85!
