As i know; the #s that can burnouts with are "034 545 10 32", or "16 32" without any kind of tune or refile,
but can't be done with "14 32" or "15 32",,
i hope im not wrong....!?!

Unless you are willing to post up label photos or specific part numbers, your posts are only adding confusion to this thread..... 
Did you swap in an E55 TCU, or some other AMG or W211 model TCU? Details, details, details.....

What's the part number on the TCU.... What about H/W & S/W revision on label?
Who's "tune" is on it? Eurocharged, BIP, Kleemann?
etc.
If there are any anomalies resulting from "backdating" TCUs it will be important to have as much specific info from the people who are reporting issues with it.
A few people HAVE already done this swap successfully, we're not really asking "IF" it can be done anymore....now the question is "HOW".
