I made 556wtq. Jerry told me the bigger c/p is the reason for the torque gain. I am using a 180 as well.

maybe heat induced from the bigger crank pulley? how were the back to back runs?

even with my S/C pulley - the b2b runs were about 20 down on power from heat
the back of the garage where the dyno was at least 10 degrees warmer than outside...
