Hampton Roads W211's?
I've seen a few others out here but can never get a chance to meet up. Any W211's on here from the 757 that would like to meet up? Of course I would like to meet other model AMG owners as well!

I've seen a silver E55 AMG at the Cars and Coffee meet over on Laskin Rd. Had Vossen wheels on it too. Looks even better in person.
There was an all blacked out E55 running around but wasn't able to catch up to her. Yep, it was a female romping around in it.

Hey, I'm in Hampton Roads - only I don't have one. I'm looking for an E55 (210 or 211); (or S55 even); so let me know if you see one for sale. Looking for a Black one.

You should definitely be able to talk this guy down in price and make sure you check the VIN to ensure that it's legit. Only thing I don't like about it is the radio, lack of keyless go, no pano roof and it's missing the E55 badge. I would ask about the fuel senders and when they were last replaced, the brakes, belts, age of battery, spark plugs and wires (there are 16 of each). Check the rear deck for sun damage. And the copies of the maintenance paper work if any.
I would offer 11K for the car. Just my 2 cents

I guess I could shoot him a figure of 11k. There's a guy by me that has an 02 I think with 125k and he wants 22k for it. Ridiculous. If you hear or see of one please let me know. I'm really just looking for a black one.

Sorry, it's actually an 05, but that still seems pretty high.

These cars aren't cheap. If you really want one I would suggest digging into the forum and reading about the various issues that these have.
It is a wonderful car but you have to be willing to put out a bit of cash to get it repair when something goes bad. Like the members on here stated before, you are buying what once was an $85,000 car for a low price. But the parts for that $85, 000 car have not changed much.
These cars have a multitude of options but don't let that drive up the price too much. KBB can help you get a good starting point for the price but it's not the end all be all by any means.
A few things to consider: Airmatic suspension, COMAND, Keyless GO fails, Plugs and wires..at least $700. Oil changes $100, Brakes, SBC and a few other pricey items are subject to failure and will cost accordingly...lots of other pieces of information can be had here.

The only thing is that for an 100K car, you get the 100K price wherever you go. Better learn up on some DIYs!

I'm in the 757. Greenbriar area to be exact. I'm down to meet up. Been looking for fellow eAMG's myself. I've seen that same e55 on vossens near my house. We were going opposite directions though. Hit me up.
