Yes. I replaced both fuel pumps and the filter unit while trying to sort out the random lean out issue.
The stock injectors were replaced with larger ones when I did the hardware and software package upgrade. Later again replaced with the Weistec supercharger and injectors.

That "random lean condition" sounds a LOT like what some of the other MBWorld guys have reported when trying to run the clutchless upper SC pulleys....
I know Denroll collected some good datalogs showing that at light loads on slow uphill climbs he could trigger the lean condition pretty much at will. The issue wouldn't resolve itself unless the car was shut off and then restarted.
Interesting the hear that Weistec was able to tune that out.... I'd heard that BIP had a tunefile that claimed to fix it as well, but I lost track of the long-term testing and whether it was a slam-dunk or not.

Step 1: Loosen license plate bolts and store them where you won't lose them
Step 2: Pull license plates roughly 6-10" away from car
Step 3: Remove broken car and replace with new bad *** car
Step 4: Press license plates back into proper position and hold firmly with one hand
Step 5: With the other hand, tighten license plate bolts with 10-12 lb-ft of torque

Going to try to wrap up the engine swap today.
Engine is back in, just need to get the exhaust on and tie up some loose ends as far as some hoses, belts and fluids.
Anyway, I am ready to refill the transmission and I have no idea how much to put in. There is no dip stick.
I have that LONG engine oil dipstick the dealer mechanics use. Does anyone know if that can be used for the trans and if so, what level it should be filled to?
Thanks!

No visible damage to the old engine. I have not pulled the heads. I am sure l lost a ring land or two on the pistons.
No chunks in the pan, but a lot of silvery dust in the pan that looked to me like cylinder wall coating.
I will pull the plugs and bore scope it when I get some time. If I can find wall damage I can post pictures of it.

This place is a joke.
Don't put 9 qts. of trans fluid or you'll have a HUGE mess!! Why are you "refilling" the transmission? You'll need the special dipstick to check it..or I can get a measurement tomorrow for you. The dipstick bottoms out in the pan so if you have the measurement from the bottom anything that will reach down the tube to hit the pan can be used.

The swap is pretty much done. Just need to plumb the intercooler split and fill the fluids. Then a show stopper.....
That tiny metal clip that secures the heater hose into the firewall port went flying off somewhere when I tried to re-install it and it is gone. Have to order one from the dealer and wait....
