08 E63 Transmission issue
Everytime I get off work after my car has been sitting all day I go to back out of my parking spot and the car needs high revs to get the car moving, if you put in reverse and give it no gas it will not move an inch. Anybody have a similar experience or have any idea what could be the issue? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Does it have the same issue to go forward? You may want to check your transmission fluid level if so.
As for the car not moving until you give it gas, it's the way the car's electronic brakes are designed (at least in the 2003-2006 SBC equipped cars). As you have the mid-model update, yours may be different.
Also, you may want to try a transmission control unit (TCU) reset to see if that helps:
1. Get in car, push and hold gas pedal to floor, insert car key and turn key to position 2 (all warning lights come; but do NOT start it).
2. Wait 5 seconds.
3. Turn key to position OFF, but don't remove it. You can now let go of the gas pedal.
4. Wait 2 minutes inside the car. Don't open any doors or mess with any radio settings.
5. Start car.
It will reset your car's transmission adaptations and may fix your issue, else, I'd take the car in and get it diagnosed.

Fluid levels???? could be an issue, but how HIGH are the revs you are talking about. If over 1k then there is an issue for sure. It appears something is slipping possibly. My 07 63 needs a bump to get moving and doesn't always creep forward if I let off the brake, but not like your describing.
Have you done a tranny service yet. You probably should.

Agreed with SherrifDep, I'd be leaning towards fluid levels (too low?). I had a previous Lexus and it had a bad shift solenoid and the dealer didn't refill the ATF fully after the service and two weeks later when it got much colder outside, I had to rev the car up to 3000 rpm just to get it starting to move. After checking the ATF level with the dipstick (which they seem to never include anymore), I ended up refilling the ATF myself with 2 quarts and it worked normally again.
Also, a prior 2000 Acura TL had a similar symptom where I had to rev it pretty high just to get it moving in reverse. Sometimes it would do it, sometimes it would not. However, ATF was at normal levels. Ended up being a defective tranny (a lot of the clutch packs were prematurely wearing down, which is common in that series of car) and it needed a new transmission under warranty.
But given your symptoms, I'd get it in to a shop and let them diagnose (leak?)and potentially do a transmission service to see if that fixes it. Let us know what it ends up being.

Thanks for the replies... The issues is only in reverse and my car was recently at the MB dealership ( about 2000 miles ago) to get my inspection done for my Fidelity warranty so I would assume the checked the fluid level. My car has almost 50k miles would it be time for transmission service?

I would not assume they checked the transmission fluid level during the inspection. Especially because this car does not have a transmission filler tube or dipstick available.
The schedule calls for a transmission service (fluid and filter change) at 40K miles.
