Hi, I am wondering what the current market price of an '02 E55 w/ 16k miles would be. The car is in very good shape and has every option except parktronic(including nav and the phone). If anyone has sold a similar car recently and can give me some info here or via email, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

here is a 2002 E55 with Nav and 16k miles that sold on Ebay for $46k on 11/30/2003:

ugh...that's depressing...but that first one was a buyback..essentially a lemon w/o the lemon title...
the second one didn't seem to have many options...maybe i'm wrong....
oh well....on autotrader, there are a few that are listed higher than that...so maybe low 60s, high 50s might be about right...

'02 E55
Laguna Nigel just sold an '02 as new with no miles (last one on their lot) for 55k 3 weeks ago when we bought our wagon. It wasn't some horrible color combo either.

C32 AMG, Volvo S80T6
that sounds very very low...
perhaps there was something wrong with the one on ebay to go so cheap. I think you should be able to get at least 55k for it. If you buy it from the dealer it would probably be close to about 58k. So if one went for 46k then, the person probably got what they paid for. If it sounds too cheap, take caution and ask lots of questions.

The problem with today's market, everyone thinks that they are a wholesaler and thus entitled to wholesale prices.
If you went to a dealer and tried to sell, they would probably only offer you around $46-47k, if that. However, the dealers are in a beneficial position with a slow W210 market based upon the perceived notion that the W211 has replaced any utility for the W210. Furthermore, they will not pay that much extra for your options. Maybe a few hundred more for command center, but otherwise do not expect to get a higher price than one would for a stripped version. In turn, the dealer will attempt to sell the car in the low 60's. The options are then positioned as a differentiating factor in selling the car where they can reap the additional profit.
With all of that being said, you are best off to sell on your own listing in the mid 50's. Chances are you will probably be able to list for this price until spring. There are consumers out there who want a high performing luxury car, and are not willing to plunk down $85+ for a new one.
Best of luck to you and try not to succomb to the entitled "wholesaler". It is after all, those who sell their cars at lower prices that keep driving down the entire market.
Best regards!
