no CEL but readiness fail?

ok - quick rundown

installed kleemans - got the ecu 'fix' - but haven't re-installed my rear-o2s yet

I see this...

will installing the rear O2s fix this?

How long have you driven the car for? If done properly, I believe it should go away after some driving. What "fix" did you have done? If your fix included disabling them in Star then no, installing them makes no difference.

if your O2 sensors were "turned off" in the ecu then no amount of drive cycles will fix it. you need them turned back on and then have O2 j tubes installed if you don't have them to remove the rear O2 sensors from the airstream. this should fix the cel. then do a series of drive cycles to let all the readiness monitors adapt

I think the rears need to be grounded or in the stream.
who did the fixing one big tuner will not set the file to pass although BIP knows how to have all green lights
I was down that street a 2 months ago

We have different cars, but I have a M113 with a Kleemann SC, ECU Tune, and MBH headers. When I sent my ECU to Cory@Kleemann to turn off the downstream O2, he told me that the downstream O2s still have to be installed/Plugged in order to pass Smog.

In my thread below, I noted:
"To kill the CEL, I bought the Bosch Universal O2 kit and extended my downstream O2 sensors (these must be installed or you will not pass the O2 Heater Smog test) and sent my ECU to Kleemann USA to turn off the rear O2 efficiency Smog test."

Takes driving about 70 miles for them to lock and load, after a reset .

THe day I got my long tubes installed I also put on the o2 extenders for the secondary cats. No cel what so ever and was also able to pass emissions as well. Sounds like your o2 are turned off from the tune.
