So I got the car running but only after I go through the process of it learning the new throttle body everytime I start it. I got the p0106 and p0221 again. but atleast the car is driving now again but it's starting to really be a huge pain in my ***.

with your code reader can you tell what the throttle position % is at idle. When you say relearn are you doing the reset with the pedal, key on, full throttle, then key off, release after 20 seconds and then let computer reset, like 2-3 minutes\??.
If the car runs with the other TB then would it be safe to say the TPS is toast on your throttle body and either replace or also check to see what the position % is when idling with the new vs the old TB. Have you had the battery disconnected or had battery issues recently or how old is the battery. Have you tried the steering wheel full lock side to side to reset the ESP?

Hasn't been much at all they replaced
Front Sam
ESP computer
Coolant reservoir
Coolant level sensor
All for 480 including diagnostic and it sitting there almost 3 weeks. They used all used parts.
The only part I bought was the throttle body and I got that from a fellow forum member for 100
So in total I'm only down 580

So i Picked up my car from those f@cken morons over at ck mercedes of Covina. They didn't fix anything car is still going into limp mode. Since i got it back I've replaced the throttle pedal assembly and still same symptoms.
The first time I ever got ESP malfunction was right after I had my exhaust done before that the car was running perfect. Idk if they didn't ground it correctly and possibly fried one of the computers I'm lost

It's never this easy, but have you turned the wheel lock to lock and held for a couple seconds to reset the angle sensor? just a thought.

I'm with you man, have the same issue, took it to the dealer and they pull out what looks like "The Ring" trilogy of codes they pulled from the computer and say "we can't work on it couse your car has an aftermarket pulley and tune on it". Suppose to talk to the tech that worked on it today, not holding any hope though.

Nope, still at the dealer, getting a runaround, tech is to busy, foreman is on vacation blah blah blah...
I'm planning on changing both batteries first since they died couple times over the winter, than I'll go from there
