Denroll's 90mm TB inlet

Clearancing the surge tank would be the quickest option, and honestly probably wouldn't affect much if you had to take a divot out
Bahahaha
I've actually considered relocating the throttle body so the 90 isn't such a tight fit. Out of curiosity, can anyone with a 90mm measure vacuum in the supercharger inlet at wot for me? We already have a port with a plug, just need a line and a gauge

Scoto, your **** looks good. What mods did you do to cooling. I see tank and lines.. any mods to Inter-cooler core or inter-cooler fittings?
Looks great!

^His intercooler setup was the inspiration behind mine. I think it's the same; single pass core with larger fittings and 3/4" lines.
I did some grinding last night. Taking longer than I had anticipated. Pretty much that entire side with the BBK logo needs to be whittled down.

It's alive!
Started her up tonight and she fired on the first attempt.
I did get the TB to fit, but it took a ridiculous amount of grinding on the surge tank and TB housing. I reinforced the surge tank from the inside with some plate steel.
I had to splice the return line from the s/c for the reservoir. The first tee is at the highest point in the system with the other tee a little farther down. This makes bleeding the system super simple. Just turn on the pump (you do have it powered with the key in pos 1, right??) and pinch the hose in between the two T fittings. This forces the coolant through the reservoir and all the little bubbles come right out. I left the pump running for about 30 minutes and hit it with the IR thermometer. 117 degrees. It does sound like it is not working as hard now. When I pinch the 3/4" line and it has to pump through the 5/8" line, the motor noise from the pump increases.
I gave everything a fresh coat of paint and even hit the TB cover with some flat black. I'm going to put a Mercedes emblem right there in the middle of the cover.
Now I just have to finish building my intake. Soon!

It's been on my mind for a while. The a/c is kinda wimpy, though. I saw Toadster had that hose replaced and his a/c was dramatically better. I might try doing that and see if it helps. If not, I'll just rely on the ol' water/meth injection to keep things under control.

How did you hold the steel reinforcing plate in place? Sounds I little sketchy, although the rest of your work is beautiful. It will look really classy when it's together!

Denroll is correct. I modified my inter-cooler to a single pass unit with 3/4 fittings & had it ceramic coated. I have a 2.5 gallon tank with silicone 3/4" hose, I copied Lowprofiles idea & ran 2 pumps in series, I also have a Killer chiller & meth injection. I added a 12v 4 way valve that I can bypass my Eurocharged heat exchanger as my car runs cooler with out it for shorter runs but needed for road racing (20 minute runs)

Finished up the intake tonight. I needed some 90 degrizzle elbows and did not want to wait. Found a place that had some in town. Turns out they were not black like the rest of my setup. You know what? I ain't even mad. I kinda like it.
I hit the aluminum tubes up with some ceramic paint to match the supercharger.
I need to reroute my return coolant line, but for now, it's functional. These enclosed filters were bigger than I thought. Had to do a little grinding on the housings. Purple Power!
