need help making sure my mods are performing correctly

I just finished up my last round of mods and noticed that my car seems to be making less power then before... It may be because of my IAT's but this is what I have.

When I purchased the car it only had a 180 Crank pulley, Large cooler, Mezeire pump, and tune. Since then I have added the following and it seems slower...

83 Smaller supercharger pulley
BWK
MBH long tubes
82mm TB
FTP intake kit
new plugs gapped
550 injectors and looped rail
New tune for mods from Jerry @ EC

The big thing I am interested in is how much boost I should be making? I am showing only 12psi in my logs but the charts I have seen with this crank and SC pulley state I should be around 17psi...

One issue for sure are my IAT's I noticed 95degrees when I started a pull at 2200rpms and 6 secs later at 6500rpm I am at 162 degrees.

Besides my IAT's being high does everything else sound right?

thanks

is that log in 3rd gear? If not peak boost will be shown in 3rd gear til ~6k rpm.

What altitude are you at? 12lbs boost with a 180mm lower and an 83 upper seems quite low (unless you are >4000'). You should see boost comparable to a 195 lower. I run a 190mm lower and see 15-16lbs

Your timing is not aggressive, and it falls off with the heat. I don't think you have a bad pump: 160 on a hard pull with bigger pulley is typical imo

If I turn off meth, i can see 180 on a long pull.

Def think you are having cooling issues.

Was it a dyno tune?
Sounds like you are logging, have you looked at other values...afr, fuel pressure, ECT?

I think injection for cooling only (even using the washer fluid tank as a source) would do a world of good. Personally, I am not a fan of the trunk tank.

Good luck getting it sorted, should be a 10sec BEAST!

What bramage said about your elevation is true, tell us where you are and then try a 3rd gear pull from 3k to alittle over 6k then we can see if there is a boost problem

I guessing it's a box tune and your boost is defiantly low. I see 17-17.5 at most here in Houston.

I am at 800 ft elevation.. It is a tune for my mods from EC.. I am logging with the EC software and cable.

I will do a 3rd gear pull and report back.

Cooling mods are larger HE and Meziere pump.

A 180 CP alone will over tax your current cooling set up.

Log only rpm and boost, that way we can first see if your boost is fine, then after that we can start pinpointing problems

He hasn't mentioned split cooling. Just split cooling with a cobra tank helped my iat a lot. I just have a 83mm s\c pulley and see 10.5lbs of boost.

His boost should be higher, iats are easy to fix if his pump is dead but first we gotta see if he has a boost leak somewhere.
