Torque Limiter?
Car seems to be falling on its face between gears if I redline it in sport mode, usually notice it happen when the traction control light is blinking up a storm. Both 1st to second and second to third this happens.
No codes, no limp mode, no TCU tune, flush and fill of trans fluid last year, car just falls on its face until the TC light goes off. Takes 1-2 seconds it seems before grabbing the next gear. Any ideas?

This place is a joke.
Yes it's the ESP doing it's job. The throttle is being closed.Mine does it too, sometimes...sucks...Seems to happen less often with ESP "off" but even then the ESP still functions, but gives you some more room to play...

Indicative of Torque Limiter?
Torque limiter, ECU having a bad day, or something else? Car fell flat on its face in 1st gear, this is with ESP off, Hoosiers on at the track.
Have others seen/experienced this?

Mine falls on its face in first every now and then. No ESC light, nothing. I can't figure it out either. I figured a miscommunication between the engine and the transmission units

ESC was off.....
Light didn't flash or anything. I attributed it to the construction zone I was cruising through.... tires must have spun too fast and tricked the ESC or something....

This was with a fresh set of Hoosier DR's on, a super sticky track, and ESP off. We have a good idea of what it might be and are working through it now.

Bisco, like Aleks said, it is a "get stupid and take out a city block" mode if you aren't prepared for the car to get seriously crazy. He's no Michael Schumacher, and it definately shows when he puts his car in dyno mode.
Now, with some reservations, to enable dyno mode, get in the car and close the door. Put the key in the ignition and turn it to position 1, the SRS light should illuminate. Use the steering wheel buttons to move to the odometer screen on the cluster. Push the R(reset) button three times fast, you will hear a beep, and use the steering wheel arrow buttons to cycle through the menus until you arrive at the dyno test option. Plus+ button to engage. Proceed to start the car, put car in drive, proceed to violently destroy 2 tires, a light pole in the parking lot, and any kids' bicycles laying around. When the fun is done, shut car off, and it will reset itself. Assess the damage and call the insurance company and tell them you hit black ice.

So you think it's as simple as throwing it in dyno mode? Does that bypass all torque limiters in the TCU?
With DR's on it wouldn't be a huge concern, though I wonder how the brakes are on the big end. Likely similar to the old school muscle cars without ABS I suppose.

Where'd the boost go?
Your data log shows boost falling off all the way to vacuum during 1st gear, even though the TP remained at near 100%. It started climbing again before the shift. I'm no expert, but I'd be surprised if the TC was doing that. I would expect TC to back off the throttle without disengaging the SC clutch. Is it possible you had a temporary problem with the SC clutch wiring?

That is possible, regarding the SC clutch. I wonder if the sudden jolt off the line caused the methanol in the tank to hit the back of the tank and trip the level sensor failsafe causing the boost cut. I didn't look down to see if the failsafe gauge had lit up or not, I probably should have. I checked the tank before heading to the track and it was roughly 2/3 full. With just street tires on I would have traction issues which would not cause a jolt.
I have seen this issue previously however, before having methanol and its respective failsafes installed, but I have not logged it and it typically occurred just prior to a shift.
