I am going to also install meth. Do you have meth? If you do, can you post pics of how you did the install of the nozzles and how is it triggered?
It should have a number engraved on the pulley.

Yes I have meth injection. PM me your cell number and I can text you pics. I should have some on my phone

This car is a monster! I think I found another way to help lower cruising IATs, that could apply to OEM SC as well. I will know more later.

As for service and response from Weistec, they have been VERY responsive to me and addressed something that was important to me (At 1pm on day before thanksgiving) within 5 mins of leaving a message.

They even encouraged me to visit them when I will be in CA in December.

Great product and very responsive to my follow ups and questions. Thanks Weistec.

Oh you tease.
Does it involve moving the intercooler from the hottest part of the engine?

I thought I would share and post my dyno sheet. With Weistecs 65mm pulley, I should be at 13psi. But, I am actually running max boost of 10 psi. The lower psi, I am assuming, is due to the ported heads (thanks Shardul). At 10 psi, I am at 550ish rhwp. I realize there are cars out there running higher hp and tq. But, I think 550ish rwhp and 500ish rwtq is pretty good at 10psi. I also like the AF ratio on 91 octane.

Good to see you're happy with the car. How much did you gain with the heads? It looks like your power is falling off at high rpms.

A 4,000 RPM spread where that thing is over 450wtq... that's badass. How are IATs looking with that conservative level of boost?

be nice to see the rise in air charge temp during the run thanks for posting since we do not hear much about these

I wish I knew. All I do know is that after the heads were installed, before the Weistec, my boost dropped but it felt stronger. But, I don't remember how much because my Aeroforce kept breaking. I am also assuming the fall off is due to increasing IATs(?). I also noticed the air filter is collapsed or shows sign of collapsing(?). I am trying to see if I can fit a bigger filter.

125-130sih...but I will post more data once I get a chance to really find out more. Recovery is extremely quick.

I have aerogel pyro between engine valley and sc. It helps with heat from engine valley but not the heat from the sc itself. I have the KC. I will install meth down the road.

Weistec
Here is a quick and dirty datalog from jcjmw's car when it was dyno tuned by us earlier this month. Ambient Temps that day were 70 degrees F.

Red line is spark (ignition timing).
Green line is IAT (Intake Air Temperature after the compressor)
Blue line is TP (Throttle Percentage)

Modifications are important to know as well on the car to gauge how well the systems are working.

jcjmw's E55 had the following:

-Weistec M113K Supercharger System w/ Cold Air Intake Option
-65mm Upper Pulley, Stock Lower (12-13 psi max is what we recorded at sea level with this car)
-High Flow Exhaust
-Killer Chiller with no heat exchanger
-Custom Trunk Ice Tank
-Ported Heads
-Additional heat shrouding on the supercharger system (aerogel pyro)

The M113K engine has a soft rev limit at 6500 RPM. Past this, it will slowly close the throttle body until it hits the set rev limit just under 7000 RPM. This is done mainly to give the car a much smoother shift. We can change this but TCU tuning is required. It does get a bit risky as well to start making power past 6500 RPM because factory rod bolts will start to see fatigue at this speed.

The drop you are seeing is the throttle body closing. IAT's although rising, maintain cool temps throughout the run. We hope this helps.

I thought I would report back at the 6 month mark. All is good. Car running great, no issues and no cels. My wagon is my daily driver so I put a lot of miles on it. MPG has been 20-22 mpg on th highway 16 mpg city.

I did have to replace my oil level sensor and that 13 pin transmission plug (all very easy to do). I also caught some kids with a screwdriver trying to steal my weistec trunk badge! Other then that all good and planning next mod.
