Canadian E55 pricing
Hello, I was wondering if any Canadian E55 owners could give me any input on how much these cars are worth. There are so few for sale here in British Columbia. Our 'book' value system here in Canada is kind of useless. I'm not sure where I'm at with the price of this car.
Its a late 2003 production (US car) Black/Black+Blue at a local dealership. The car has 62,000kms no accidents/no claims. Pretty detailed service history. The wheels are genuine E63. Had a look at it and the car drives as it should/everything works.
Can anyone advise with some rough numbers? I just don't want to overpay for an 11 year old car and it's hard to price this car in Canada.

Just looking at the seats in this car I am expecting to pay a very high premium for this vehicle. Car looks to be in GREAT shape, loving the two tone interior. What are they asking for this car in your currency? PM me last 8 of the VIN, if you want the data card for this car.

Good info! However, I'm not really interested in tuning or modifying the engine in any way. Is it still an issue for stock cars?
Edit: After looking through the forum more in depth, only highly modified E55s seem to have issues.

Man those seats are pristine lol
Has the SBC been replaced since the warranty is already over on that ?
62k I don't think so. So keep in mind that could be an expense.
Suspension, CPS, Fuel sender, fuel tank.
These are common things which might eventually come since the car has only
62k on it.
Also, in BC these cars are expensive compared with here in Ontario. If possible import a vehicle from the States -it could
end up being cheaper for a newer ride - as in 2005-2006

car looks mint. I payed just over 17 for mine with double the KM's.
I was asked 23000 for an 03 with 85km. turned that down.
Go on autro trader, craiglist, kijiji and use those websites for your comparable.

I'm also thinking a local 2004 too. Car is in the same or better condition.
2004, One owner, bought it new and serviced at the local dealer.
Owner is firm on $25,000Canadian ($22,200US)
Is this a better bet? It's going to cost a few thousand more than the black car

euh.
Amazing your able to find such low KM models.
Personally, my taste would go for the black. Already updated wheels ( saving a couple grand on that) a spoiler at the back gives it a leaner look. + black is boss....even if a pain in the *** to clean.
not sure I'd pay 25 though. Closer to 20 would be my offer. Sales tax will bring it closer to 29 if you pay 25.
