Thinking about some new wheels?? Anybody want to buy mine??
What do you guys think of these?? Guy wants 5K shipped!!
Specs
Front HRE S101 20 X 9 ET 27 - Satin Black with Brushed and Cleared lip
Michelin Super Sport Front 245/30ZR20
Rear HRE S101 20 X 10 ET 39 - Satin Black with Brushed and Cleared lip
Michelin Super Sport Rear 285/25ZR20
Only 3,000 miles - Came of a 2011 Mercedes E63 AMG
Think they will fit?? I like them but hard to justify the price. Anybody want to buy my current wheels? They are 20" 597R's in my signature with 245/30 and 295/25 Super Sports about 4000 miles on the tires and freshly refinished in hyper black powdercoat/ polished lips. Give me 3K shipped for them and help me rock these!!!

Its a 2" lip in the front and 2.5" lip in the rear. I'll take some pictures for you tomorrow. Like I said they were just professionally refinished in the spring. The faces are powder-coated in a hyper black, and lips are polished stainless. My sig pic is before the refinishing and they are still gloss black in that pic. Tires are still like new, I'll take some tread depth measurements as well for you.

Personal opinion and YMMV but $5K for a set of wheels and tires is insane. That would almost pay for a transmission, it would pay for the suspension and brakes, and it would go a long ways towards performance upgrades.
When I was looking to purchase my second AMG vehicle, I passed on any that had non-factory wheels.
Again, my opinion and your decision and money.

$9,675.00 without tires for a new set of S101's. $5,000 isn't a bad price, just a set of rims for that "one" dude that can afford them. Probably isn't all of us.

Thanks for the replies guys. In my mind the money is all relative. Some people would say spending 18K on a 10 year old car with 75K miles is ridiculous too!! They would say you could have bought a brand new car for that!!! Anyways, I'm very serious about buying these, so if anybody wants mine let me know. Here's some quick cell pics I took today, the wheels themselves are still a bit wet from the wash. I can take some more detialed ones if anybody would like.

HRE's are simply the best.. Their shop is in N. county San Diego, the president of the company, Allen takes Tae Kwon Do with my son, great guy by the way, he was an engineer for some big company but was more of a car enthusiast and that's why he started the company... Awesome wheels..
