If I do get this -my car is in similar status minus kleeman. So minimally modded.
First people thought it was due to modified throttle body but it seems unrelated now.
Thanks again and I hope all this gets sorted out quickly and effectively.

Just a quick update. Got retune from Tony at BIP friday, put about 150 miles and all seems good. I think Tony nailed the tune. Will keep driving and see if anything comes up. May do some street logs this week sometime. Then hit the track.

I'm feeling good about this even more! Getting my extra O2 bung welded in, will be fixed sooner than later

Well up to now the fix pulley seems to be an excellent upgrade. I hit the track this Saturday at Cecil County Dragway great track. I was pleased with the outcome. Here is my time slip.

Is there a clutch on something like a ZR1? We are concerned over air intake temps and how it declutches, but does it also declutch at shifts?

I don't think ZR1 has a clutch, but it's a smaller supercharger I believe. Concern is over air temperatures running too hot, and a lack of a way for for ECU to correct/shutdown with overly hot intake air.

I have a dyno log that has about 4 -7 deg of timing on low act not high. the higher act run has way more timing in it but pulling the normal amount.
