George's fixed pulley on the dyno.

On the dyno last night the fixed pulley car made 497hp and torque was in the 530ish range. Kleemans and fixed pulley bip tune. the car runs great just have to figure one bug out, for some odd reason on the cool down run starting act at 68 deg its pulley tons of timing and actually made 436hp. The second run act started at 91 deg act and made the 497hp. still pulley timing obviously for safety but not like the cool run, no timing in the motor.

A fixed Pulley will allways get you higher temp. And a bad dyno. You dont want the SuperCharger to run when you dont need the SuperCharger power.
Get a small S/C pulley with a magnet. The best is to install a switch, where you can control when you want to use your S/C. Now you have really low IAT. And now we are talking horsepower.Nothing new under the Sun

So about 63rwhp gain with the 77mm pulley, similar gains as the 80mm graph from BIP.

When you say kleemann car, what other mods does the car have?

So kleemann headers and 77mm solid pulley netted near 500rwhp ... not bad at all. Any other mods takes you over 500rwhp (also known as my goal).

Any cooling mods?

The MAP sensor code. Mine is gone, finally. I switched to the newest version of the MAP sensor and then Jerry was able to tune it out.

Still trying to figure it out. In the last couple of days its been acting up. Just yesterday I pull out of my drive way it instantly goes into limp mode so I decided to park it back in the garage and deal with it after work. Once I got home later that day I start it up pull out of my drive way no limp mode till I drive it around for a bit. Whats the deal? Heading to my buddys tonight with star and try and get to the bottom of it. I keep getting codes like P0105 and P0106.

So it seems like this just comes down to a tuning issue.

Denroll has it fixed with jerrys Eurocharged tune.

And your trying to get the fix with BIP tune.

When it goes into what I call "hiccup mode", you can turn the car off and back on and it will be back to normal. It's a very frustrating thing and it seems the fix has been different for several different cars. After a while, you can figure out what combinations of throttle and load triggers the hiccup, then drive around it. It really sucks. I also found that it triggers differently under different temp/altitudes.

Jerry had a fix a few months ago in his tune that worked in every car until mine. I was still getting it. I tried multiple MAP sensors, checked for leaks, etc. Finally, he created a new tune for me to test out and it has been doing great. One or two more flashes and I will have my AFRs looking perfect, then I will get to the track to test it out.
