03 e55 AMG modded, what is it worth?

Car belongs to a friend. 95k miles, original paint, spotless carfax, lots of parts. I'll attach a screen shot of mods. Thanks. Wondering what it's worth or what to offer? Every receipt since new.

Talk about difference in prices. I don't think KBB prices apply with this car.

Audi S4 (sold), E46 M3 (sold) 05 E55 silver/black(sold)
You can average the current value out with kbb, nadaguides and clearbook.truecar.com. From there a buyer may or may not be willing to offer anything over stock value despite the modifications.

To me a clean 03 is worth between 10-14K

A few months ago I paid 13K for an '04 with 90K miles, all service records.

I would say 12-14K if everything is sorted.

I agree. Anyone selling at a lower price is a weak seller.

I'm in sales so we could parade all the standard things that get said from both sides. It's only worth what a buyer is willing to pay. The seller determines the sale price. Price it too high and there's no buyers. Just supply and demand. One thing to note is that there's sometimes a difference in price depending on the local market. Sometimes west coast gets more than east coast. On the flip side, mods scare some people so demand does get reduced. Most of the time modded cars never seem to net the seller what they feel a car is worth.

I would say that in all but the rare occasion mods will DECREASE the value of a car on resell.
Especially a luxury car.

I would not let mine go for anything less than 16K, it has 87,000 on it right now and pretty pristine for an 03 imho. 3rd owner every maintenance receipt and mod receipt since new. I'm sure I have that much just in mods if you count everything, performance, cosmetic, stereo, etc. If the time comes to sell and I cannot get that, I will just keep it forever. I'm sure my son would love to have it when he is old enough!!
