fsp resistor install

I'm just now getting around to installing my fsp from eurocharged. The instructions say to install the provided resistor at the supercharger plug. Where is this located? Anybody have a picture of one installed? Also are resistors directional? Instructions weren't to clear. Thanks

Got the tune installed but it is raining so if I go wot it just spins. But so far the car seems to drive alot smoother especially when you first take off from a stop. Mine used have a weird lag from a stop that is now gone. Also monitored my iat before and after the pulley. At cruising they used to stay around 20-23 degrees hotter than ambient. Now it seems to stay around 28-30 degrees. I have a ftp split cooling tank going in probably tomorrow so I'll see what that does.

I use the bluetooth adapter that connects to the android torque app. Dunno how accurate it is. But seems to work really well.

Any more drive time this weekend? Hoping all is going well, I wish I could get a hold of a stock size FSP, hopefully this month.

I did get to drive for a little over a hour . First thing I noticed was how much smother the car feels at low speed driving. Like say if I was driving throught a parking lot my car used to be a little jerky, that's gone now. Next thing is the supercharger is a little loud at idle, kinda has a bad sound like say lifters ticking, give a hair of gas and the noise is gone. Car also has that whine when revving in the park now, so that's awsome. Performace gains are a very good. Car pins me in the seat way harder if I can get it to hook. I haven't been able to get it to hook from anywhere under somewhere around 20mph. Im gonna let some air out of the rears and see if that helps. Im really happy with it so far.

I removed the hood insulation and the plastic cover that went under the hood vents near the windshield. My SC is very audible with stock pulleys. It sounds killer too. It also vents a HUGE amount of heat out of the engine bay, sitting at the stoplight the air infront of the windshield has heat waves.

My car has sat outside in rain storms that totaled 5+" multiple times with washes. So far so good. What can get damaged below? No different than hosing down the engine (which I don't do, but many do)

That is reason enough to make a cover for that. Thanks for the heads up. I assume the water and the electrical connector don't mix?
