have some questions i got a new w211 e55
so i got w211 e55 for such a good deal don't know much about the car and could use some help, so the guy said he had upgraded pulley just wondering how i can check if its true or not, headers as well,

Yea mine is a silver on the left Does that make a difference on hp or no. Chaging the crank and belt. And if anyone knows what's the orginal size of the belt?

Crank pulley changes are usually done instead of a s/c pulley. The belt will have been changed to a shorter one when the s/c pulley was done.

thanks guys for the pics ill post some of my car as well today, so guys i have another issue. when im driving the car normal in the city or freeway it shifts fine from 1st to 2nd gear but always as its going to shift from second gear to third the rpm just shoots up by maybe a 1k depending how hard im gassing it then jerks the shift then 3rd to 4th is back normal what u guys think its from?

Sounds like you have a slip from 2nd to 3rd. Have it scanned by a reputable shop and they can pull up the SLIP ratio between shifts. The PCM/TCU trys to get it into gear within a specified time but if the clutches are burned or worn this time will be exsessive because the TCU can not compensate for it. Hopefully that is not the case.

Are you looking at the supercharger bearing? If so, mine says made in japan as well. It may be a OEM SC pulley with a new bearing inside.

Nachi in Japan makes the stock bearing. Excellent quality, and much better than the no-name crap on the 'bay. If you were to replace it, you would want to go Nachi.
