Shardul is as good as you will find in the world for this platform. But never assume anyone will replace anything. If one of his pulleys fail do I think he would replace it? Yes I do. Do I think he should? Maybe? never assume those things. Take precautions. Get a shield. It's been six months since it went mainstream it's a quality product hopefully it will limit the damage.

82mm pulley broke!! grrr
Yes it was shimmed correctly, are these warrantied I got lucky only catches some stuff up. Anyone know if I can keep the 82mm tune on and run it with my stock pulley? Or do I need to re flash to stock till I get a new upgraded pulley? An answer asap would be great as im stranded and having someone bring my stick pulley and possibly my laptop. Please thanks!!!

check you pullies guys, i had a spring break on my 83mm,( around 10k miles, purchased in end of 2014) luckily i caught it before it popped out and weed whacked my engine. shardul was nice enough to replace the springs and bearing( started to fail due to heat from rubbing against clutch , wondering what kind of that mean for my electromagnet, jet oil and charger ) after reinstalling, car feels down on power, doesnt have that low end kick in the pants like it did.... last time i drove the car it was still in the high 60s, now we have low 50s cool crisp air and car still feel slower . (iat are normal) definitely buying a scatter shield.

PULLEY
Hey 06cls, did you have the new redesigned style or the the first run model? Mine blew out and i got a new one from Shardul and he assured me not to worry and that I wouldn't need a scatter Shield with the new one. Should I be worried? Also, I have been battling the gap. It keeps losing its gap. I will adjust it only to find it has no gap a day later. I then Re gap and fund it has a huge gap the next day or week later. It will not keep it's gap. Shardul said he has never heard of this but offered to swap it out if I bought a new one first and then he would refund upon receipt of my old one. Any suggestion guys?

black bearing, so im guessing revised? as for gap mine seems to be ok, only places i see the gap tighter is around the rivet area. other wise im at around .35-.40mm.
wanted!! idk, im thinking that maybe the electromagnet/clutch might have worn it self out a little when the spring broke. i probably did 30 to 40 miles on teh car trying to figure out my loss of power. iat temps were spot on so kept driving it trying to troubleshoot, decided to change the IC pump anyways cause i couldnt figure out what else it was when i realized the gap on my pulley was closed and when i went to spin the electromagnet almost burned my hand due to it getting so hot from constant rubbing. burned up the pulley bearing that only had 10k miles on it, so who knows what else got over heated.
