I'd guess that allowing for a tiny bit of pressure through the supercharger could fix that rattle.

Yes we talk about it here:

Hopefully somebody can get in contact with Eurocharged so they maybe can adjust the flap juuuust a little so it gets milder during idle.

Just wanted to give an update on the drivability of the tune after taking a 500 mile trip this weekend. Everything went perfect, IATS were never more than 25 degrees above ambient (ambient temps were in the high 70s to low 80s). Ended up averaging 20.00 MPG with an average speed of 70 MPH. The power when passing slower cars on the freeway is amazing, no more waiting for the clutch to engage. ~70-100 happens so quick with a very small push of the accelerator that I didn't even notice I was north of 100 till I glanced down at the speedo.

So the 77mm fixed pulley is now a DD worthy mod? (With cooling, traction, and fuel upgrades of course)

That is great to hear for you guys with this FSP and for others wanting to get it. I don't mind the small delay (I have the factory upper pulley and mine seems to be a very very slight delay) but to add to the plus of this pulley, I drove to Florida a few months ago and average exactly 20mpg! I have a few mods as well so it seems that it doesn't affect mpg's on the highway.
