When drilling the holes into the trunk slightly over size and use a 3/8" diameter hose to create a grommet. cut a piece for the circumference of the hole and then slice one side of the hose the long way and put it inside. It will protect the lines in and out from rubbing against the rough edge. A better solution than the blue tape and it blends in.

Hello!
I´m just starting to porgressing E55 lines too, just one question, what is minimum size, 5/8" ?? ( I have Aeroflow black 5/8 aluminium fuel line whip ) but I wonder is it too cramped for the flow?
I going to set two pumps, one in OEM place, and one to trunk tank.
