Around 25-30 rwhp..

Most that I have seen that have had issues they have a FSC pulley.

No some have issues even with just a crank pulley, called the "hiccup"
It happens to some that go from stock to 82mm

What is the fsp pulley? So I pretty much have to worry about possibly having a hiccup with the throttle body?

Of course that Y Pipe price might vary once you throw an 82mm in the mix. Here's Boosted-AMG's effort:

So you're telling me those huge intakes make no performance gains?

The only way for you to tell is to dyno with with both the stock box & a CAI in the same day.

Correct

Was done by someone with the needswings vs stock intake and no difference

Remember the stock intake was used by BK(lowprofile) with an 82mm and he ran 10.50

Good to know, is there anything I can do to the exhaust? I currently have the eurocharged headers with no primary cats, what if I got rid the the middle resonators, got rid of the secondary cats and swapped the mufflers for either e63 or eurocharged mufflers? Is the stock system 2.5 or 2.75?

Closer to 2.75"
As far as removing the resonators and putting different mufflers, depends how loud you want it

That fabberage exhaust looks like a good deal, mids eliminate resonator and secondary cats and it's a built in x pipe all for $499 plus of course $799 for the rest of the exhaust

Save some $$ and leave the secondary cats and resonator. If you want to change the sound just modify the stock mufflers or buy a different set.

Yea but wouldn't I pick up some decent power removing the secondary cats and resonator and swapping over to a full 3" exhaust?

IMO, the choke point in our intake system is at the Y-pipe and throttle body inlet. If you've attempted to do any work back there where the Y-pipe is, you'll see just how little room there is to work with. This is keeping us from having a huge monster intake or running something like a 100+mm throttle body like the GM and Ford guys can (so jelly). I was about to attempt notching out the firewall right there, but I made a Y-pipe out of silicone for my 90mm TB and it actually fits.

I make decent power and I still have my secondary cats, resonator and modified stock mufflers.

ok, ive decided on where to go next but just to verify, so the 82mm EC throttle body is just a BRAND NEW MERCEDES TB off of a 07+ S550? You can get those for about $400 new BOSCH on EBAY, is that literally the same thing? Trying to understand why these TB are so expensive?
