What other mods are left for me to do?
That being said reasonable best bang for the buck mods. I currently have the ec pulley,ec tune,ec headers, ec tcu, intercooler with Johnson pump, belt wrap kit and kn drop in filters. The only other thing I'm considering is the quaife lsd. The upgraded throttle body and intake are way too expensive imo for minimal gains, over $3k and I keep hearing issues with the throttle bodies. Thoughts?

I have seen several 82mm tb kits in the classifieds sell for 1000. At that price it's around the same bang for your buck of headers. Just have to check all the time.

Sec cats won't make a huge difference anyway. Maybe 5-10hp if that
No with killer chiller you eliminate the heat exchanger, trunk tank allows you to hold more volume of water

Ok, I'll skip on the killer chiller and sec cat delete since I just got an intercooler
What are your thoughts on the ftp intake and meth kit?

No on the intake stock flows very well with kn filters. With your current mods u don't need rail or injectors . Meth is to cool the charge but at your mod level I doubt you are heat soaking

From personal experience I went through shorty headers => 180mm cp to then MBH headers and got rid of the primary cats. Finally added the 82mm TB and had a dyno tune by OE a few weeks ago. I'm not sure if it's a placebo affect but I felt the biggest gain from the TB. Our oem TB is 74mm btw

But then if I get the bigger throttle body, I should get a new intake system? What's the best bang for the buck throttle body and what kind of gains can I see?

You don't need a new intake system, just the bigger y-pipe.
Check the classifieds as there were some complete TB kits going for under $1000.
Just an FYI Benzworks stated that I needed 550 injectors at this point.

Do you have any MB connections that could get you the intake snout at cost? It's about $325 if I remember correctly and then have the stock snout bored out to 82mm and have extra material added to relocate the holes cost me $300 and then you can buy a used MB 82mm tb or you can buy a new Porsche GT3 82mm tb for about $300. When you have it installed all u have to do is switch a couple pins in the plug due to the tb blade opening in the opposite direction. I bought the 82mm y-pipe from TTM for just over $300 but that was only so I could get the car smogged. So not including install you are looking at about $1300

Throttle body, Quaiffe, DCT steering wheel Custom Re-tune.. Good to go.. Throttle body Really helps when you have headers and are pushing more boost, more air in, more air out... Good luck..

What kind of pain gains can I expect from the throttle body? Why do I read on here that some people have issues with them at certain rpm
