80mm or 82mm?

cost. unless you would like to say 400 plus for the 80 snout and what ever the flanges go for these days.
with the flange the y pipe and air boxes are post back toward the firewall by the thickness of the flange which sometimes will result in air boxes not being fastened to the original mounting points on the valve coves

you can port match the 74mm inlet to the 82mm and then add material on the top to mate it to the OEM MB 82mm

-82mm t/b gasket: 2731410680- 14.61 retail
-80mm s/c inlet: 1131400912- 436.80 retail
-s/c inlet gasket: 1131410780- 13.78 retail
-80mm Y-pipe: 1130900329- 286 retail
-O-rings for Y-pipe: 90025K396 (www.mcmaster.com)
Have the snout bored to match the 82mm and if needed add material to the snout so that the screw holes can be relocated so that the 82mm can bolt up to it.
