If anyones care to know
Hello my mbworld buddies!
In case anyone was wondering. My IG buddies know already. I pawned off my AMG to a good friend of mine. I just couldn't do the emotional upkeep anymore. The car just sat and sat in my garage. There weren't a multitude of problems with the car. The front SAM left me stumped. and the multiple bent rims.........But i found the aftermarket for my E55 to be time consuming/dissapointing. Coupled that after the accident with the big rig I kind of lost interest in the car itself. Not the mention the car is 10 years old. All this things combined I figured it was time to move on. And wouldnt you know it, just when i sell it the next day MBUSA announces the offer to the fix gas tank!!!!
So I just added this to my stable. Its a 2013 with 60k miles. Bought the Ford ESP warranty as well from the dealer. It has the front camera, sony mytouch system, sunroof, front camera, rear camera, easy access tailgate, and blue trim (which I really wanted) All the dealers in south florida wanted top dollar and were not willing to negotiate. I had to select one from out of state. This one was in Kansas. This will be my new daily driver. Its gets as much attention as the E55 did.
Speaking of which check out that snaggle tooth front bumper. It came with the vehicle as did the Cooper 35" tires. I am looking to get rid of this massive bumper, its not that bad in person, but i wanted something more conservative (possibly go back to stock) .
The bumper is a little outrageous for the monkey see monkey do part of town I live in.
I love the truck though! If i decide to mod, it will be simple cosmetic items. Like replacing this front bumper. This truck will prob never see offroad but whatever....its what i want right????
Ive gotten a lot of hate from Toyota Fanboys but screw them!

I've seen a pretty awesome mod for those Raptors. It's pretty simple too. You just take off on the first deserted road you can find and keep going. You'll come back with scratches down the side from brush and it will be covered in dirt and mud. It's a must do!

Congrats bro, you know those beasts have the c63 AMG motor in it, 6.2ltr v8 just pulling your leg!
They are beasts and very impressive/intimidating in person. A programmer adds nice hp and fuel economy too.
The e55 is a beast of a car, however they do not like to sit for periods of time without been driven. With all the computers in the car, they like to be driven a lot. When it is time, it is time, you just know it.
You can never go wrong with SVT, enjoy!
