Aftermarket idler pulley stripping the anodizing off
Hi,
Replaced some idler bearings late last year and the crank pulley and belt.
Looked today and the tensioner pulley appears to be wearing the hard anodizing off.
You can see it of the back of the belt as well.
I pulled the belt and the bearing in the tensioner feels fine. In fact it feels the smoothest of them all, the others have a lot of movement in them.
Any suggestions ?
