plugs wires and valve cover (passenger side) done! with some pics and my experiences.
Spent around 5 hours doing it right. I was not happy with the rear drivers side spark plugs... PITA to remove them. The spark plugs had 109k miles on them. A few of them look a little fouled.
Car is much more responsive now. I also noticed a great improvement with engine idle.
The air boxes do not need to be completely taken off as you can rest them on top of the supercharger making the job a bit easier. I also broke 4 of the brittle tabs holding the coil pack wires to the packs. you can set the whole string of coil packs on top of the supercharger as well. I took them off one at a time as to not get them mixed up when I put the new plug wires in. you won't need zip ties as there is very little play in the wires anyway.
putting the boots on was a pain. I used the spark plug removal tool to press them on till they clicked (it takes a lot of pressure.) I also noted that is was very easy to bend the internal part of the new wire that connects with the coil pack. Be careful to have a strait shot when applying force to the coil pack with the wire or you may bend it.
Q tips will not fit very well into the gasket grove to clean them. I used paper towels to get into the grove to clean it out.
I think my gasket was actually fine about 4 of the bolts holding the valve cover on were pretty loose I could have probably broke them loose with my hand.
Passengers side
passengers side was seeping oil pretty bad.

The clio and grounding wire you need to remove on the passengers side.
Looking great after 109k miles!
Very clean.
Had some darker oil spots on the inside of the valve cover.
Darker spots were mostly on the side walls of the cover.
Another angle with the cover off.
Starting to put the new plug wires back on the drivers side

Finally all back together! Also the little clips were extremely brittle broke 4 of them.

JJ I used one step colder plugs LFR7AIX from NGK as I am planning on adding a SC pulley eventually. I bought them for 100$ from the site below.
