Single pump up front doesn't flow enough on it own when it's pulling water thru 15 feet of hose from the tank then thru the intercooler and thru the heat exchanger then back another 15ft of hose to the tank. Best setup I found for drag racing (bypassing heat exchanger) was a pump in tank and another pump up front.

I've found the same as well, one pump isn't enough. I don't have mine setup to bypass the heat exchanger however, as I have the line from the tank feeding directly to the front pump and on to the intercooler before exiting to the HE, though that is a great idea so as to avoid potential heating of the fluid by the heat exchanger. I've noticed temps go up around 3-5F on my setup, not much but there is a bit of difference.

And if you're doing this install, get more than 30 feet of hose just to be safe.

I want one the shape of the spare tire well. Anyone have a good line on those?
Then you can do have circle for each fluid - ic fluid and the other can be water/meth.
