BIP Gone ???

Well.... This is a huge BS of a surprise!!
Tony from BIP tuned my car last month, he was supposed to tune for spray later.
I've gotten a crappy idle and throwing 02 lights I didn't have before the tune and now I see why my phone calls aren't being answered.
I get busy with travel put the car in storage and come back to this wonderful news.
Guess I'll be looking for someone else to retune it, I'll still have it dynoed to see if it really gained anything (E63).
Possible refund to optimistic?

Jason is one hell of a stand up guy. He will take care of you.......dude is far from broke. lol
Tony goes well beyond any standard protocol to get the job done. I have had many past work hours/weekends assistance from him. You are still in good hands.
For those who don't know, Tony and Jerry @ Eurocharged started together years ago in the tuning business. A lot of talent between the two. Original Gangstas of Mercedes tuning. lol

BIP might be gone but I'm not
Guys it is unfortunate to have lost a great player in the game but it was best for all and Jason wanted to move on to bigger and better things in life. For those that have used BIP no worries will take care of you in anyway he can. If anyone has had any issue mechanically I am sure he will take care if it at the shop in Atlanta just give them a call.
Now for those that say they are having issues with their tunes I will continue to support and help every that I can out, whatever issue you may have please PM me here and I will be getting with you and getting those issue resolved ASAP. If anyone is still wanting tunes from me I will be providing them so there is no need to go to a new company that just started getting into this game because there is no need to reinvent the wheel with the growing pains. Hope everyone is doing well and hope to hear from you soon.

Cool to see you're still in the game. Will you have access to a dyno?

That's exactly what I was thinking too. Why would you have to pay anything if it happened so quickly. Sounds like they installed it incorrectly. Not sure how they are the good guys with this one. Sorry, just don't.

Sounds like there was a lot of things the BIP fan boys never disclosed. NO disrespect intended to 2000, but you praised them and never mentioned this happened?! They completly had incorrectly installed the pulley. They blamed everyone under the sun when a UPD pulley came loose. What was there excuse this time? A hell of a shop would have been more then happy to fix it at no cost, and your silence which you had was invaluable. But like all things, reality caught up. I had heard another guy say that his car had blown up after they installed a Weistec blower and tuned it themselves, and failed from detonation and his engine was left in pieces.

1forcedbenz, before you start flapping your gums, know some accurate facts. The customer whose motor let go did not have the right cooling mods in place and was auto crossing the car. He had no meth, no trunk tank and he knew about the extra heat the big 3.0 blowers put off. If he was so butt hurt, why did he come back to the shop for a built bottom end.
My Weistec E55 has the needed cooling mods, plus a 75 shot on top of it all and is still runnning strong to this day. Both of our cars had base Weistec tunes and then were tweeked by Tony.
The upd pulley came off my car while it was on the dyno. That pulley fell off multiple cars around the country, did all those shops install it incorrectly too?
2000UJZ, I will get back to your issue once I get the other side of the story.
All these muppets coming out the wood works making assumptions based on here say keeping coming.
