The important bridge here is the FSP - and at the core, the ECU. The rest is just regular mechanical knowledge. The important pieces are how someone has or has not taken the time to understand the tuning of the car and the ECU anomalies.
I deal with low-volume special cars in the other part of my life. We have more support even in our little niche than the E55 ever got. Its a bit sad, and makes me think the car will always be limited until someone really cracks the ECU path.

Guys, for those of you that paid for tunes and are still unhappy with the end product, please pm me. I need your full mod list along with your issue.
Jason, the owner that closed the shop wants to talk to each one of you via phone to make things right since you are paid customers.
After all the last few customers are satisfied, that will be it.

I was very surprised when I read this thread. However I reached out to Craig and it seems he is trying to fix issues with paid customers so far. Let's give him a chance and see how this all works out.
My fsp tune has been spot on except for wot, I just need more fuel at wot to make it complete. Currently I am in the 13s afr and feel like it's dangerous so I've stopped going wot for the past few months.

Am I living in some alternate reality!? Everything I believe in I'm being asked to question.

Is Jason willing to sell the tuning software, and project files?

Having been around these cars since 2003, I have seen way too many shops come and go along with their "newer and better" products. If you really want to deal with professionals, work with the likes of Kleemann and Renntech. I know they are more expensive but you get what you pay for. They are not actively developing new products for the W211 as the platform is simply too old and demand is too low, but the products they do still have work and work well.
I had a recent experience with a car I purchased that had a lot of modifications done by a shop that is deemed very reputable on this forum. After not getting calls back and getting a huge attitude from the previous owner I called Cory at Kleemann and received some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. He took care of my problems at a very reasonable price and with great communication. The good news for me is that Kleemann will be there for the long haul to provide support.

I have Kleeman everything and worked with them to get my car modded up to where I want it. Been nothing but perfect, they'll be my go to for any future AMG builds. when i can afford to i'll definetely want to try out a renntech build, they built a crazy 850hp bi-turbo e63. pricey as **** but i want it

Ok ok, I have been WOT testing out different maps. The last 3 maps have had too much else modified and even though the WOT afr's were better (11s and 12s), I didn't like the shift and other part throttle characteristics. I keep going back to the map I have on now which is perfect (well except WOT). Its even smoother than with a stock pulley on.

Chawkins, You sir, are a gentleman to take care of the remaining customers and that says a lot for your integrity.
On another note, to the ones wanting this tuning sw, the tuning software is not a plug and play sw. There will be a learning curve and it's not simple. The old adage of you will need to break a couple of eggs to make an omelette come to mind lol
