Eurocharged Performance is proud to announce a group buy on our proven E55 headers.
Group buy price: $620+shipping
Our high flow exhaust headers greatly reduce exhaust gas back pressure allowing the engine to breathe freely and produce more power, and supercharged as well as naturally aspirated engines will benefit from the use of these headers. Headers and downpipes are tig welded stainless steel for corrosion resistance and strength.
A naturally aspirated V8 will typically gain 7 to 10 percent in horse- power and torque, while a supercharged engine will gain as much as 15 percent in horsepower and torque.
The kit includes stainless steel headers, stainless steel down-pipes, OEM gaskets and OEM bolts.
We need a minimum of 10 committed buyers to honor this pricing. This is the lowest we can possibly sell these for so don’t miss out on a great set of headers for an exceptional price.
Headers can be ceramic coated or thermal wrapped for an addition fee. Please contact Eurocharged Performance for pricing and lead time.
Between phone orders and forum traffic our minimum was met! This pricing is good to go! Give us a call to place your order!

We are digging out a header only dyno sheet currently. All of our recent builds involved more than headers.

Theoretically, these would change the tone of the exhaust into a lower range. A lower range like white noise. White noise like the kind used to help babies sleep.
Bam, there you go! By my logic, you can tell your wife these will help the baby sleep.

Anyway we can make the check engine light go away for us Californians for smog check?
Does Cali just ready OBDII codes or do they check for readyness status?
If it is just codes, we can take care of that via our tuning cable. If they check the readyness status, we can still take care of it but we would physically need the ECU here is Houston.
Man, you are temping me to make bad financial decisions!

I'm not entirely sure if I understand your question... I know that Cali law allows for only one readiness monitor to not be ready and must not have a check engine light on. What do you recommend because I am very interested in these headers. Thanks.
i had a set installed a few weeks back. do i need the secondary o2 sensors plugged in. fab shop didnt put in o2 bungs. still need retune, no answer at eurocharged houston when i tried calling last week
Just out of curiosity..Why would you not use V-bands instead of the bolted flange? What is the exit diameter?
V-bands were considered but we couldn't find any justifiable reason to not use the flange connection.

Gordon,
Unfortunately, the second O2 bung is necessary for the heater circuit to be complete. The tune will need to see the second O2 reading as well. I sincerely apologize about not getting someone on the phone. On Monday, the 10th, we actually hired another employee to keep up with our increasing call volume.
On the off chance we are all in the shop, we are always available via PM or sales@eurocharged.com
Id be interested in these in Toronto. Can I just call the shop and get this pricing through them or do I have to go through this group by?
you will need to call them as pricing will be slightly different with the dollar to Canadian dollar difference, as well as taxes and import fees they have to pay

The risk of failing smog tests here in California is what's stopping me from buying this as well, it's a headache that I just don't want to deal with.
That being said, I did some research last night, and found out that California will allow one sensor to be 'unset.' Please see attached screenshots from the California BAR website.
That being said, Jerry, do you know if only one sensor will be in the 'not ready' state after installing these headers?
You mentioned that the check engine light can be turned off via a tuning cable that you have. In previous email correspondence, you also mentioned that most buyers usually purchase a tune as well. If I'm not interested in getting a tune at this time, what (if any) additional charges will be applicable to get the CEL turned off via you?
Hi EC, i'm from Australia, i was wondering if any further modification is required to get your headers to fit on RHD E55? that price is VERY ATTRACTIVE! and i would need it shipped to Australia "obviously" :P

Yes, they will work with very minor modification. You will need to put a small dimple on one of the runners for clearance. We ship these headers to our UK facility regularly and our shop and customers seem to be happy with them.
OK great, i will wait to receive my tune from you guys first for the SC pulley and adjust to the new power, then i will consider these. In the meantime, are you able to quote me postage to my address? I purchased the SC pulley and tune from you about 1 week ago, and rang up about 1 hour ago. (Michael Razaq)
