Who here has a built block /5.7 engine?

Cylinder 7. A few weeks after I decided to get the upgraded engine mods, I started seeing blue smoke on start up. It was very slight. Then I got a misfire cyl 7. I cleared it and a few days it came back. As time went on, the blue smoke started to get more and more and the cel would come back more frequently. About 1-2 weeks before the auto shipper picked up the car, the blue smoke was heavy and all the time. The spark plug for cyl 7 was oily. My decision to get the beefed up engine weeks before worked out good, as I never suspected I would have the cyl 7 go out on me.
My question is based on the pics what is the cause of cyl 7 going out? Old age (142k miles) where the position rings just gave out?

Some real world experience mixed with extensive research (of the topic), and the understanding that when a piston gets that hot, pre-ignition and detonation (two different things) will usually be a cause.
Proper combustion, while it can get very hot, will not inherently cause breakdowns of the piston and bore like this. That is to say the piston first, and then the bore.
Alusil is quite tough, but once it has foreign objects, etc - it goes south quickly.
Are you suggesting it was something else? Its possible it is a bent rod that re positioned the piston and destroyed the bore, but a bent rod is water ingestion, detonation/preignition, or rpm.

If you wanted to run E85 you would be sub optimal. Looks like 85 at 600 to 700 on these cars is a 70-100lb one.
The question I have asked (and never really got a straight answer) is whether the tune can compensate for such short opening times in low and mid throttle if you go that big on the injector.

Perfect. As I said 70-100 would be sized properly. Good to hear no issues. Some have concerns over the non-SS insides compared to the 130s.
I can search your posts if you don't have time - did you change the supply at all After the 320s?
