Need help please!!! battery light and engine oil level lights coming on.
Hey guys was hoping some of you guys could maybe help me out. Been getting some error messages on the dash.
1st my battery light comes on and all convince functions are turned off. I checked the aux battery and main battery both seem to be charging correct with the volt meter large battery is charging at 14.0 volts and small battery is charging at 12.68(is this normal?) also aux battery is brand new as of yesterday but still have the error coming up on dash board. The light does not stay on all the time comes on when it feels like it. I'm thinking voltage regulator is going bad but when i test with multi-meter voltage is at 14 volts.
2nd issue,
Engine oil level visit work shop light comes on erratically when it feels as well some times on cold starts sometimes while im driving, not sure what this is but i was assuming it could be oil level sensor in the lower pan. But again not sure was hoping some one had same issues and could give me further info. Would greatly appreciate any and all help.

I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about the oil level sensor and just change it out with your next oil change. Takes 2 minutes and it's 3 torx bolts.
Mine would show everything from "add a quart" to the RED "stop car immediately" oil message. All is good now.
****that's assuming your know you've got the proper amount of oil in the engine. lol. If you drain it and 3qts comes out, you should have probably listened to your sensor :p

well ive checked the monitor on the screen and it says "oil level is ok" and i also have a dealer dipstick and have checked the oil level and it shows its in range. So i should be alright. is the level sensor on the bottom side of the oil pan or in the oil pan?
