Looks good!
Do you lose the HK Sub going this route? I know you mentioned it was cleaner and louder with the Alpine amp. Is it better? That's probably tough to quantify, but losing all those stock speakers makes me nervous for some reason.

No no, the sub is powered and sounds twice as good. Yeah sound is subjective for sure however I noticed a big difference. The new amp is 4x100 and 1x500 rms...that's way more power running through the stock speakers. I only took out three speakers (went from 12 to 9 but could have left them all in) - center and rear satellite small decks are not powered. I don't see a need for "surround sound" if I'm listening to music in stereo.

LOL if I did all the work myself (which now I wish I would have at least tried) I'd help you out. I paid my local car stereo guy to do the install for me. The unit's only 425 bucks, my amp was 450 but one can spend a lot less and get a less powerful one if you plan on only powering the 9 to 12 OEM speakers (not upgrading the speakers).
I figured it was going to cost me a few hundred just to get a bluetooth mic setup (parrot) so why not spend several more and get a fully functioning touchscreen that's as good as a brand new car, if not better. And it looks very close to stock.
I'm selling my OEM HU, DVD NAV, and OEM AMP if anyone's interested.

Thanks man, I was nervous to do this as I think I'm the first state-side user to upgrade to this exact HU.
